Responsibilities
- Develop and executive on SEO strategies to grow our clients’ organic search traffic and revenue
- Own and manage Keyword Research, Competitor Research, Technical SEO Audits, On Page Audits and Optimizations, Content Calendar Development, and Backlink Acquisition
- Collaborate with our team of Editors and Writers to deliver optimized content to our clients
- Own client relationships and communication including Status Updates, Reporting, and various SEO / Content Marketing support requests
- Support the New Business / Client Acquisition process from Lead Identification to pitch preparation and proposal / presentation development
- Support our Consulting Team on Digital Strategy Projects that include SEO and Content Marketing audits and recommendations
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- 2+ years of SEO Account Management experience
- Deep knowledge of Keyword Research, On-Page Optimization, Content Marketing, Backlink Acquisition, And Technical SEO
- Experience using the following tools: Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, life-stage marketing, and consumer decision journeys
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and client content, product, and development teams
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Organized, process-oriented, and high attention to detail
- Must be comfortable following process

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Launching and optimizing PPC campaigns
- Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing and other search engine and social media platforms
- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, audience targeting, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
- Manage the creation of large keyword lists.
- Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
- Manage Display network placement lists on Google Ads and through other contextual advertising platforms.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with company goals.
- Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Passion for Search and internet marketing.
- Expert in PPC and SEO
- Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist
- No less than 3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
- Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing AdCenter, LinkedIn Advertising, etc).
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Google Analytics 4 certified required.
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field preferred.
